Enrolment is a funnel
with a deadline attached

Admissions open, the forms come in, and half of them stop halfway. We build the admissions journey, the student portal and the LMS layer that turn interest into enrolled, paid-up students — and keep them enrolled next term.

The problem

Where institutions lose students they had already won

Four failures, all administrative, all invisible from inside the office — and together they explain most of the gap between enquiries and enrolments.

The application form is where applicants give up

Eleven screens, a document upload that fails on mobile data, no save-and-return, and a fee challan the applicant is expected to print. Every abandoned application is a student who applied somewhere else the same evening, and nobody in the office ever sees the number.

An admissions flow built for a phone

A year of revenue is decided in six weeks

Enquiries spike the day admissions open and the team drowns at precisely the moment responsiveness matters most. Prospectus requests, eligibility questions, campus-visit bookings and fee queries arrive together across four channels, and the slowest reply loses the student.

Absorbing admission-season enquiry volume

The LMS was bought, deployed and quietly abandoned

Faculty keep sharing PDFs in a WhatsApp group because uploading to the portal takes eleven clicks. Students never log in because nothing they need is in there. The licence renews anyway, and the next committee buys a different one.

Why adoption, not features, decides an LMS

Parents only hear from you when something is wrong

Attendance, fee dues, results and notices go out by SMS blast, a paper slip in a school bag, or a class group run by a volunteer parent. There is no record of what was sent to whom, so every dispute becomes somebody's word against somebody else's.

How we solve it

Five services, pointed at the enrolled student

Each of these means something specific inside a school, college or training institute. Here is what it means for yours.

Service

Web Development

The site has one job: enrolment. Programme pages that answer fees, duration, eligibility and outcomes without downloading a PDF, a mobile-first application with save-and-resume, online fee payment, and a campus-visit booking that lands in a real person's calendar.

Service

App Development

Where students actually live: timetable, attendance, assignments, results, fee status and notices — plus offline access to course material, which matters far more on a patchy connection than any feature on a vendor comparison sheet.

Service

Digital Media Services

Education is sold on proof and reassurance. Alumni outcomes with names attached, faculty explaining a subject rather than posing beside a whiteboard, real campus life, and a content cadence that ramps before admissions open instead of appearing the week they do.

Service

Paid Ads

Search and social built around the admissions calendar and split by who is really deciding — the student for a short course, the parent for a degree, the employer for a certification. Reported on enrolled students and cost per enrolment, never on prospectus downloads.

AI Integrations

An assistant that handles fees, eligibility, deadlines, required documents and campus timings through the whole intake window, books a counsellor call the moment a question turns serious, and hands over the full conversation so the applicant never repeats themselves.

Typical engagement

What the first intake cycle looks like

Sequenced against the admissions calendar, so the things that win students land before applications open rather than after.

Week 1

Count the drop-off, field by field

We instrument the existing application journey and find exactly where applicants leave. It is usually one field, one upload or one payment step — and it is usually fixable in days, before anything else is built.

Weeks 2–5

Rebuild the admissions journey

Programme pages, a mobile application with save-and-resume, document upload that survives a weak connection, online fee payment, and automated follow-up for half-finished applications.

Weeks 6–9

Portals, LMS and parent comms

Student and parent portals carrying the four things people actually open — attendance, fees, results, notices — and an LMS rollout designed around faculty workload rather than feature parity.

Term two on

Retention, not just intake

Course completion, attendance patterns and fee-default risk become the reporting. Nudges go to the students the data says are drifting, before they become the students who left.

FAQ

Questions registrars and principals actually ask

Buy, almost always. The reason LMS projects fail is adoption, not missing features, and building your own does nothing for adoption while adding years of maintenance. What is usually missing is the layer around it — fee status, attendance, parent visibility, a single sign-on that works — and that is what we build and integrate. If your requirements genuinely cannot be met by a mainstream LMS, we will say so, but that is rarer than vendors would like you to believe.

That is a design constraint from the start. Course material is cached for offline reading, uploads are resumable so a dropped connection does not lose a submission, images are served at sensible sizes, and there is a low-bandwidth mode. Critical notices — exam changes, closures, fee deadlines — always have an SMS fallback, because assuming data connectivity for those is how a school ends up with fifty angry parents.

Challan generation against the student ledger, payment through bank channels, 1Link, JazzCash or Easypaisa, and automatic reconciliation so a paid fee clears the dues flag without anyone re-keying it. Accounts keeps whatever system it already trusts as the book of record — we push transactions into it rather than asking a finance office to abandon a working process mid-year.

Role-based access so a class teacher cannot browse another section, parent consent captured and stored against the record, no third-party advertising pixels anywhere on portal pages, a written retention policy, and staff access revoked centrally when someone leaves. For institutions with overseas campuses or students we align to the stricter regime rather than the local minimum.

Brand and content work should start eight to ten weeks before applications open — that is when parents and students begin shortlisting, and when organic search and social proof do the cheapest work. Performance budget then concentrates inside the application window. Institutions that switch everything on the day admissions open pay a premium for attention they could have earned earlier.

In cost per enrolled student, compared with what you currently spend to get one. That single figure survives a board meeting far better than impressions or website visits. Run the build through the cost calculator, model the payback across one intake with the ROI calculator, and bring both numbers — we will tell you where the assumptions are optimistic.
