POS & ERP Systems

Tills that keep trading when the connection drops, stock numbers you can act on, and a rollout that proves itself in one branch first.

What we do

Systems built around the shift, not the demo

Streamline your entire business operation with custom POS and ERP solutions designed for your specific workflow — not a one-size-fits-all approach. We build systems that handle sales, inventory, accounting, HR, and reporting in one seamless platform, giving you real-time visibility into every aspect of your business.

What we deliver

Six things you actually get

Not modules on a slide — what runs on the counter, in the stockroom and on your phone.

Custom POS systems for retail & restaurants

A till screen a new cashier can run in ten minutes: keyboard-first, works on cheap hardware, handles split bills, held orders, returns and shift close — and keeps taking payments when the internet drops, then syncs when it returns.

Inventory management & tracking

Live stock per branch with transfers, goods receipts, wastage reasons, batch and expiry tracking where it matters, and a reorder point that triggers before the shelf is empty rather than after.

ERP modules (HR, finance, operations)

Purchasing and supplier ledgers, attendance and payroll, chart of accounts and branch profitability. Built module by module in the order your pain demands, not as one eighteen-month programme nobody survives.

Cloud-based & on-premise options

Cloud where you want central visibility and remote branches, on-premise where the connection is unreliable or the data cannot leave the building. Usually a hybrid: local till, cloud reporting, queued sync between them.

Integration with existing tools

Your existing accounting package, delivery aggregators, courier APIs, e-commerce catalogue, bank statements and payment terminals. If it has an API we integrate it; if it does not, we build a reconciled import and say so honestly.

Real-time reporting & dashboards

One dashboard answering the four questions owners actually ask: what sold today, what is it costing me, which branch is profitable, and what am I about to run out of. Delivered to a phone, not a desktop-only report.

How a rollout runs

Four stages, one branch at a time

Nothing goes live everywhere at once. The pilot branch has to reconcile against the old system before anyone else is touched.

Step 01

Watch a real shift

We stand behind the counter through a busy period and a stock delivery before writing anything. Every operation has three workarounds nobody mentions in a requirements meeting, and those workarounds are the actual requirements.

Step 02

Settle the data model

Products, variants, recipes, units of measure, branches, users and permissions get agreed on paper first. A wrong stock model is the one mistake that cannot be patched later — everything downstream inherits it.

Step 03

Pilot one branch

The new system runs alongside the old one in a single location for two to four weeks. We reconcile both daily until the numbers match, and only then does anybody discuss a wider rollout.

Step 04

Roll out, train, cut over

Branch by branch with opening stock counted, staff trained on their own shift, printed one-page cheat sheets at each till, and someone reachable on day one. Cutover happens after close, never mid-trade.

Engagement & cost

What moves the number

"A POS system" covers a single till and a five-branch operation with recipe costing.

POS build & rollout

4–12 weeks · per-branch rollout

Till, stock, reporting and hardware, piloted in one location then rolled out. Best for retail, food and pharmacy operations where the counter is where the pain is.

ERP programme

Module by module · 3–6 weeks each

Purchasing, inventory, HR, finance and reporting delivered in a sequence you approve, each one live and useful before the next begins. Best when the business has outgrown its spreadsheets.

Integration & rescue

Two-week audit first

You already have a POS or an ERP that half works. We connect it to the rest of the business, fix the sync that silently fails, or build only the module the vendor will not.

FAQ

Questions we get every week

Start from the pain, not the product. If the problem happens at the counter — slow checkout, wrong prices, split bills, no clean end-of-day figure — that is POS. If the problem is that you do not know what stock you hold, what a product truly costs you after wastage, or which branch is actually profitable, no till will fix it; that is ERP territory. Most of our clients start with POS because the pain is loudest there, then add inventory and purchasing modules once the sales data is trustworthy. We wrote a longer comparison if you want the detail before deciding.

Trading continues. This is non-negotiable in Pakistan and we design for it: the till holds a local copy of products, prices and open orders, keeps taking payments and printing receipts offline, and queues every transaction. When the connection returns it syncs in order, with conflict rules already agreed for the awkward cases like a price change made centrally while a branch was offline. A cloud-only POS that shows a spinner during a load-shedding window is not a system, it is a liability.

Usually. If your package exposes an API we push sales summaries, purchases and stock adjustments on a schedule and reconcile daily. If it does not, we generate the import file it expects and build a reconciliation report so a mismatch surfaces the same week rather than at year end. What we will not do is pretend a nightly CSV is a real-time integration — the difference matters when a number is wrong and somebody has to find out where.

If you fall in a category required to integrate with the FBR POS system, we build the invoice-number and reporting hooks into the till flow so a compliant receipt is produced at the moment of sale rather than reconstructed afterwards. We treat this as a requirement to confirm with your tax advisor before build, because the rules and the thresholds change and we would rather design to your accountant's written answer than to a guess.
