How we decide whether to use it
The same three questions every time: does it solve the actual problem, can the client’s team live with it after we leave, and does it survive the traffic and the budget you really have. If Firebase fails any of those for your project, we will say so and propose something else — the stack exists to serve the outcome, not the other way round.
